The original layout of the documents is preserved. 2. Progressive Integration Capabilities (with) TRADOS – the PROMT for TRADOS (P4T) module enhances translation processes by linking the @promt translation system with the TRADOS Translator’s WorkBench. P4T helps to expand the Translation Memory (TM) databases by incorporating the translations processed by the machine translation system

Microsoft Office – special plug-in modules integrate translation options directly into Microsoft Office 2000/XP/2003/2007 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and FrontPage applications.

Image files – the built-in Readiris OCR software from Image Recognition Integrated Systems (I.R.I.S.) enables @promt Expert Giant to translate the text in image files; PDF, TIFF, JPG and other image file formats are supported

Microsoft Internet Explorer – @promt Expert Giant integrates translation capabilities into Microsoft Internet Explorer so that real-time translation of a web page takes as little time as loading it, and layout is preserved to ensure functionality of hyperlinks and other navigation tools.

XML files - a special Microsoft Word 2003 plug-in enables the translation of any XML document.

3. Professional translation options Automatic Dictionary Construction utility automatically builds user dictionaries from the existing glossaries or even the tables in a form “original word – translation”.

Batch File Translation– the simple, convenient interface of this @promt Expert Giant tool lets users generate a queue from the files to be translated. The application can also be run from the command line.

PROMT Terminology manager automates terminology extraction and manages the lists of specialist terms in both Translation Memory databases (Trados and @promt AM) and specialized and / or user dictionaries.

Associated Memory (AM) Manager – the translation database manager, enabling the creation, deletion, manual editing, and searching of AM translation bases for available translation direction. It is designed to save text segments, along with their translations, in a database format that enables their subsequent reuse with the PROMT linguistic editor.

Powerful Linguistic Editor – @promt Expert Giant provides an extensive set of customization tools for the most accurate translation, including those for: creating user dictionaries; building lists of preserved and unknown words; adding PROMT specialized dictionaries.

Large Electronic Dictionary - can also be used as a stand-alone application for all available translation directions and includes up to 1,000,000 words and word collocations with translations, and up to 100 topics depending on the translation direction.

Text-To-Speech support - build-in function, enabling to listen to the pronunciation of a foreign word, phrase or even the whole text.
